Every Lust order is made for a moment worth looking forward to. If it arrives less than perfect—or simply is not right for you—we will keep the next steps clear, considerate, and uncomplicated.
Our 30-Day First-Order Promise
Try one bar. Take your time.
If Lust is not right for you, contact us within 30 calendar days after carrier tracking shows your order as delivered. This promise applies to your first retail order placed directly through our official website.
You may open and try one individually sealed chocolate bar. Please keep all remaining bars factory-sealed until we finish reviewing your request.
For most approved claims, there is no need to mail any chocolate back. We may ask for a few clear photos of the sealed bars, packaging, shipping label, or lot code. If we specifically request a return, we will provide and pay for the return label. Returned food products are never restocked or resold.
For an eligible claim, we will refund:
- The product price you actually paid after discounts.
- Applicable sales tax collected by us.
- Standard outbound shipping paid to Lust.
Expedited or priority-shipping upgrades and import duties paid directly to a carrier or customs authority are not included, unless the issue was caused by us or applicable law requires otherwise.
If Your Order Arrives Less Than Perfect
If an item arrives damaged, melted, deformed, opened, missing, incorrect, or potentially unsafe, contact us within 72 hours after confirmed delivery.
Send your order number and, where reasonably available, clear photos of the product, outer package, shipping label, and lot code. An unboxing video is never required.
Once verified, the choice is yours: a free replacement or a refund for the affected item and its applicable standard shipping charge. We will not ask you to return an opened, damaged, melted, or potentially unsafe food product.
If you experience an unexpected reaction or believe a product may be unsafe, stop using it and contact us promptly. Keep the packaging and lot code if possible so we can look into it properly.
If Your Order Is Late or Lost
Contact us if tracking has not updated for 7 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, or if the carrier confirms that your package is lost.
Once verified, you may choose a free replacement or a refund of the undelivered order, including standard outbound shipping paid to Lust.
If tracking says “Delivered” but the package is nowhere to be found, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building reception, and the carrier. Then contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan so we can investigate.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised at checkout, we will let you know and give you the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Cancellations and Refund Timing
Changed your mind before the order ships? Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order before it is handed to the carrier, although cancellation may no longer be possible once fulfillment has begun.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3–10 business days to show the credit.
If the original payment method is no longer available, we will agree with you on another lawful way to receive your refund.
We Are Here to Make It Right
Email support@lustchocolate.com with your order number and a short note about what happened. Include photos only when they are relevant.
We aim to:
- Acknowledge your request within one business day.
- Reach a decision within two business days after receiving the reasonably required information.
Please do not send anything back unless we provide written return instructions.
A Final Note, Kept Simple
Our 30-Day First-Order Promise is limited to one approved satisfaction claim per customer. It does not cover repeat orders, resale or wholesale purchases, or documented fraudulent or duplicate claims.
This policy gives you benefits in addition to your legal rights. Nothing here limits any consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
For orders shipped to the United States, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law. Any translation is provided for convenience and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
